Roundtable on 112 in the Balkans

The debate allowed Balkan countries stakeholders to discuss issues and challenges and to benefit from European best practices and international experience. The Roundtable aimed at providing emergency authorities of the Balkan countries with a roadmap on how to best tackle the challenges related to the functioning of the European emergency number 112 and emergency services in general.

Organised by EENA and the National Protection and Rescue Directorate of Croatia, this Roundtable was held in conjunction with the First HeERO International Conference.
The 2 events gathered stakeholders such as European emergency services, European and national public authorities, mobile network operators and industry representatives from all over Europe.
