Consultancy services

Along the years, EENA has gained an extensive knowledge about the implementation of 112 and the status of emergency communications in Europe. Being regularly consulted by governments and national authorities, EENA can participate to specific projects concerning the implementation and/or improvement of a 112 system in a country or region. EENA is also available to advise, review and comment on feasibility studies by bringing its expertise on the legal, operational and technical aspects of 112 and emergency services.

It should be noted that EENA will not respond to call for tenders on its own but rather advise respondents (e.g. consultancies). EENA's objective is to make sure that national/regional projects are in line with citizens' requirements, best practices, EU standards and regulations.

EENA offers to:

  • Prepare an overview of existing 112 call systems in EU countries
  • Advise on the options available to move forward
  • Present an overview of the 112 systems to a governmental audience
  • Review documents such as project outline or feasibility studies

The financial terms are to be discussed on a case by case basis.
