The 112 ESSN is a European network gathering emergency services and public authorities staff directly or indirectly involved with emergency calls handling in Europe. This Europe-wide Emergency Services Staff Network aims at stimulating sharing of experience and knowledge between its members. Nowadays, the platform gathers several hundreds of members all over Europe.
Members of the 112 ESSN usually are (non-exhaustive):
Technical managers, operations managers, directors of emergency call centres
Call takers and dispatchers
Medical staff, fire-fighters, police officers, coastguards...
Staff from Ministries of Interior, Ministries of Health, Ministries of Emergency Situations...
