Context of the seminar:

The EENA, concerned with the need to help improve the knowledge of 112 and its functioning, decided to jointly organise a workshop on 112 under the patronage of the Czech Presidency of the EU in order to stimulate the sharing of best practices in the EU and prepare a roadmap for the EU.
