Power 911: Power 911 is an integrated Intelligent Workstation that provides call takers with on-screen control of both landline and wireless calls in a wide variety of telephony environments. Through an intelligent approach to information display and management, Power 911 enhances emergency call handling efficiency and consistency. Power 911 is scalable to any size PSAP and utilizes an advanced and proven self-healing design that provides maximum availability.
IQ/Mobile: Positron's IQ/Mobile provides silent dispatching and secure two-way communications directly from the vehicle to and from VIPER CAD. With IQ/Mobile, field personnel can receive and update dispatch event information, send and receive instant messages, email and perform real-time queries to access information directly from the field.
Power AVL: Power AVL is a full-featured automatic vehicle location application that provides central dispatch with up-to-the-minute resource location information. Modular by design, Power AVL is provided as a turnkey solution or can be integrated with existing equipment. Power AVL is highly configurable, allowing each user to customize the look-and-feel of the information displayed. From a glance, unit position, location, direction, speed and much more is available.
Power LVR: The recording of audio conversations within a PSAP is a legal necessity. Power LVR is a centralized workstation-recording unit that provides passive voice activated recording of 112 trunks, administrative lines, workstations, and radio. Recordings are stored within Power LVR as wave files, and tagged with time stamp, answering position and trunk information for easy retrieval. Power LVR offers the reliability, performance and end-to-end integration you expect from Positron.
Power MIS: Power MIS is an advanced reporting and analysis tool that provides a comprehensive view of PSAP activity and personnel performance. Power MIS provides PSAP managers with the detailed information needed to support the decision-making process.
