Key Technologies:  Seeker's location engine, SeekerLocate™ can take any mix of cell-ID, NMR, wifi, and GPS measurements and combine them to form an optimal location estimate.   This means that it can always provide a location estimate, even indoors.  SeekerLocate™ can be fed by data from the SIM, a handset based application, or a network interface.   The Seeker's solution rapidly acquires cell site information and automatically keep this information up to date, meaning that it can be deployed with little or nil cooperation of the Mobile Network Operator.
