Registration is now open.
The REGISTRATION FORMS are already available for download and have to be sent back by email to gm@eena.org.

Registration form for EU Commission's officials
Registration form for companies , i.e. organizations with an economic interest in the 112 (equipment manufacturers, operators of fixed and mobile telephone network, insurance companies).
Registration form for 1 person companies i.e. one person organizations with an economic interest in the 112 (such as consultants).
Registration form for companies without stand i.e. organizations with an economic interest in the 112 (equipment manufacturers, operators of fixed and mobile telephone network, insurance companies) that does not want to exhibit.
Registration form for professional users organisations i.e. organizations using the 112 in a professional context (emergency medical services, rescue and fire-fighting services, police, civil protection).
Registration form for professional users unique visitors i.e. unique visitor from organizations using the 112 in a professional context (emergency medical services, rescue and fire-fighting services, police, civil protection)
Registration form for final users organisations i.e. organizations or associations of final users (consumers, victims, volunteers, tourists, holiday organizers, automobile clubs).
Once you have forwarded the registration form you will receive an email confirmation.
Please print out this confirmation and come to the READY ! registration desk in order to receive your personal badge and documents.
The payment has to be done upon receipt of the invoice sent by the EENA npo.
The deadline for registration is Thursday 31st May 2007.

THE LOGOS OF UPCOMING PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS WILL APPEAR ONLY ON EENA WEBPAGE
The registration fees include:
Coffee breaks
Lunch on June 6th and 7th.
Attendance to the European Security and Safety Summit.
Personal badge and a case with documentation.
Access to the exposition.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The registration is final. After registration, you will receive an invoice in 3 copies with all payment details.
A substitute person can be accepted upon prior notice by email (gm@eena.org) before Friday 1st June 2007.
The invoice will still have to be paid within one month after the event even if you or your substitute person does not attend the conference.

The official language is English.

Your personal records are managed by the npo EENA and used for commercial purposes by the sponsors of the GovSec-Law Enforcement-Ready! Expo & Conference event.
